  St David's Day - Weekend Celebrations

"If you love Wales, you should be there!"

Friday 26 February - Monday 1 March 2010


St David’s Day celebrations in Cardiff will not be limited to Monday 1 March but will feature a whole weekend of welsh themed entertainment in the capital city including landmark concerts, food celebrations, welsh music and dancing in a variety of venues including Queen Street, Cardiff Castle, Central Library and St David's Hall.


The highlight will be the 7th National St David’s Day Parade taking place on Monday 1 March, supported by Cardiff Council and the National Assembly for Wales.


Parade Muster: 11.30am between City Hall and the Law Courts
Parade Starts: 12.30pm
Route: Through the city centre
Parade Ends: Approx 1.30pm in The Hayes
